By Subway:
#3 Train DOWNTOWN to Kingston Avenue Station (or #4 Express Train DOWNTOWN to Franklin Avenue Station and change across platform to #3 to Kingston Avenue Station). From station, exit either side and walk ½ block to 305 Kingston Avenue.
